About the event
The German Christmas spirit is back! The long-awaited traditional German Christmas Fayre by the Cypriot-German Cultural Association will take place on the second Advent Sunday, 8th December 2024, between 12 - 8 p.m., at the Eleftheria Sq. in Nicosia.
The Windcraft Band will be there from 6p.m. until 8 p.m. to share with you some traditional German carols and other well-known Christmas tunes!
Visitors can choose to buy their Christmas gifts among a huge variety of handcrafted products and Christmas decorations that will be on sale at our stalls.
They will enjoy unique atmosphere with live performances of traditional and jazzy Christmas tunes.
At the same time, typical German dishes such as sausages, Eisbein, Leberkäse or Gulasch, burgers and vegetarian options, tasty sweets, the well-known Glühwein (mulled wine), and different kinds of German beer will be offered by different suppliers among many other delicacies.
